Monarch Developments wins distinction at Aberdeenshire design awards.

Monarch Developments are very proud to announce that they scooped two prizes at the latest Aberdeenshire design awards.

Comers of Kebbaty Croft, Midmar, designed by Gokay Deveci and constructed by Monarch Developments has been recognised as of exceptional quality and was awarded a Highly Commended for Housing.

In addition to this the Comers of Kebbaty Croft was one of only three properties to receive the highest accolade, Distinction: for Sustainability.
