Monarch Developments celebrates 15 years in business.

Monarch Developments would like to thank all past and present customers as we celebrate 15 years in operation. Over the last 15 years we have built vast numbers of conservatories, sun lounges and home extensions for clients throughout the north east in addition to which our replacement windows and doors service has gone from strength to strength and as we celebrate this milestone in our companies history we would like to thank each and every one of you, our customers, for your continued support through the years.

We don't intend to sit on our laurels now we have turned 15 and we have a number of exciting new developments for the future.

Recently we expanded our design team service to offer clients a complete architectural design practice. We can now offer clients a range of new and improved services such as Building design, Architectural CAD drawings & Planning applications

One for the future will be our new solar power PV panel installation service, we are committed as a company to embracing new greener technologies and with our new solar power division we hope to offer existing and new clients the opportunity to tap into the new government feed in tariff scheme which make solar panels a real investment opportunity.

We look forward to offering all our clients quality workmanship and innovative products for the next 15 years!
